You can manage your stock levels at different locations, do stock movements to the bar / restaurant and when you sell a plate ingredients are automatically deducted accordingly so that you know exactly what stock remains at each location.

jHotel PMS was designed with functions related to Travel Agencies with commissions reports, special prices for certain agencies, etc etc. There is also a punch clock and payroll system so that you can easily manage your staff salaries, with leave, sick leave etc etc. In the Enterprise version there is also a solid accounting module as a back end with debtors, creditors, dual postings, chart of accounts, trial balances, bank reconciliation and much more.
